  I ordered a small classic angus meal with a small choc thickshake upgrade. Was deliciously lapped up. Quite surprized by size of the burger and girls behind the counter were helpful and courteous. I like the new thick chips too, better than that other food chains (fries) chips.

  Worst Customer Service Ever.
  Upon visiting your store I ordered via your drive thru speaker. Upon reaching the payment window your staff member named Summer took my payment, just before finalising payment I requested that one of the frozen drink flavours be changed, what followed could only be described as my worst customer severvice experience to date. She cussed at me under her breath and whispered into her headset to the other staff then proceeded to laugh at me followed by slamming the drive thru window without a "Thank You" or "Have A Nice Day". This was wittiness by my partner and three young nieces. Upon getting to the next Drive Thru window my order was still wrong as the change had not been communicated. I asked the final staff member for the name of the young lady who served me at the first window who proceeded to ask me multiple questions prior to releasing her name which I am doubtful is correct. I am appalled by your staffs behaviour and the terrible condition your stores run in. If it is on the menu then all items should be available. Massive changes are needed across your stores.
